Solution:
This code means that there is a spelling error either in the name or in the code you entered. Please double check all the letters and numbers to see if they are correct. The code contains only digits and hyphens, no letters. Also, please make sure that the registration name matches the name as it is written in the e-mail you received from us and note that the registration name is case sensitive. To avoid possible errors when entering the information, you may find it easier to use copy & paste to code from the e-mail instead of typing it.
